CLIENT - Retirement Companies of America

DESCRIPTION The Farms at Bailey Station is a 37-acre LifeCare Retirement Community being developed off Houston Levee and Poplar Ave in Collierville, Tennessee by Retirement Companies of America (RCA). The Farms is planned as a community campus with a 63-lot Garden Home Neighborhood, an Independent Living Apartment Complex, and a Comprehensive Medical Facility. The Neighborhood is designed to have a small town feel with front porches located close to sidewalks and the majority of the homes facing common open space areas. Many amenities are provided within the Neighborhood such as a lake with pedestrian bridge, a central park area with shuffle board courts, a community garden, and an outdoor plaza with a fire place, arbor, and seating areas. Parking will be on-street or in the rear of the homes to minimize the negative visual impact and create a more pedestrian friendly environment. Sidewalks and crosswalks are provided throughout the community to provide pedestrian connections to all facilities and amenities located within the Farms Community. The Independent Living Tower will include a luxury Clubhouse with 5 dining venues, a pub, performing arts center, movie theater, a state of the art spa, and a wellness and fitness center. The Clubhouse will serve as the central activity area for all the Farms residents. The Comprehensive Medical Facility will provide Skilled Nursing Care, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.
